The Full-Stack Builder is an 7-week program for people who want to learn how to build a product end-to-end, using AI as your co-builder.

Outcome An AI product portfolio
What is a Full-Stack Builder

The people building the next decade don't wait for a team.

A Full-Stack Builder owns the full arc of a product, from the first sketch on a napkin to a live, useful, constantly-improving thing. They plan, they design, they ship, they talk to users, they iterate. For two decades, we split product-making into specialists. PMs wrote specs. Designers made mocks. Engineers built. QAs checked. DevOps deployed. Nobody owned the whole thing, and it showed. AI has quietly ended that era. A single person, with the right tools and the right instincts, can now do what used to take a team of five. The market is rewriting itself around these people. The FSB cohort is where you become one.

/ 01
Plan

Find real problems. Size them. Pick the one worth building.

/ 02
Design

Turn ideas into interfaces. Figma is optional.

/ 03
Build

Ship working product with AI as your co-builder.

/ 04
Iterate

Learn from users. Refine the build. Ship again, better.

The timing will never be this good again.

01

The tools caught up.

AI-native IDEs, generative design, instant backend, a solo builder in 2026 outperforms a 2019 team of five. You just need to learn how to wield them.

02

Hiring is changing.

Companies are moving from headcount to outcomes. They'd rather hire one builder who ships than three specialists who coordinate.

03

The window is open.

Every shift creates a 3–5 year window where early movers lock in. The FSB archetype is in that window. Late entrants will compete for what's left.

7 weeks. One AI portfolio. Yours.

You won't watch lectures. You'll ship. Every weekend has a deliverable. By week 7, you will have a live product, which you can share with real users.

WK 01
Problem → Opportunity
Finding problems worth solving. Market sizing. Positioning. By end of week 1, you've picked your build and defended it.
WK 02
Design → Prototype
From sketch to clickable prototype. Figma, AI design tools, interaction patterns. Ship a prototype real users can test.
WK 03
Build → Ship
AI-native development. Backend in a weekend. Auth, payments, deployment. You'll have a live URL.
WK 04
AI Agent → Integrate
Build an AI agent into your product. Prompt engineering, tool use, evaluations. The feature that makes your product feel alive.
WK 05
Users → Feedback
Getting real users on your product. Onboarding, feedback loops, analytics. Learning what to keep, what to kill.
WK 06
Iterate → Refine
Second-version thinking. Rebuilding the weakest surface. Sharpening your product and resume into a portfolio you'd link from anywhere.
WK 07
Demo Day
You pitch your product to hiring partners, investors, and the Orion network. This is the door that opens next.

You've probably got these.

I'm not technical. Is this for me?+
Yes, if you're willing to get technical-enough. The course is built around AI as a co-builder, which compresses the learning curve massively. PMs, designers, marketers, and early founders have all shipped from previous pilots. What matters is obsession with building, not a CS degree.
I have a full-time job. Can I keep up?+
The cohort runs on weekends with light weekday async work. It's designed for people building after hours. That said, if you're not willing to put in 10–12 hours a week for 7 weeks, this isn't the right time.
What's the investment?+
Cohort 01 is priced as a premium, small-cohort experience. Exact pricing will be shared with you once you submit your application. First 10 applicants get ₹10,000 off if shortlisted.
What will I actually build as part of my AI portfolio?+
A working product, a landing page, an AI agent, and a refined resume, all tied together as one coherent body of work. You leave with things you can show, link, and talk about.
How is this different from every other course?+
Most courses teach you concepts. We make you ship. You walk away with a real AI product portfolio, not a certificate, not notes, not videos you'll never rewatch. And it's small (20 people) on purpose, the ratio makes the difference.

The next 7 weeks will pass either way. Spend them shipping.
